Central Coast Working Equitation Membership will re open in the near future of 2018
The following is a guide to information about formation of clubs
1) The following document explains the difference between LTD and Associations. Note that the last paragraph on this document explains that a state association can operate nationally. As such the WEA association is registered for national purpose Registering not for profit or charitable organisations
2) The following PDF has useful information about clubs and LTD structure. Note that at item 1.3 this indicates that all peak bodies should change to LTD structures. However what it is meant to indicate is that EA should form a LTD structure (as it did in about 2010) or for example the netball association peak body should form a LTD structure. However it does not mean that peak bodies of individual equestrian sports such as dressage/weq/jumping should form peak bodies. For example all the state branches of EA are associations even though they are the peak body of each state, Mandatory_Sports_Governance_Principles_FINAL
